The organization that this paper focuses on is Apple Inc. which is widely known all over the world for its effective leadership. Coaching leadership is the best way to lead a company. A coaching leader gives directions and guidance to the employee to ensure there is an improvement. He or she helps the others to advance in what they are doing and in most cases he makes sure that there is a bunch of strength. This style of leadership is most useful in companies where followers have experience, and they are responsible. Directing and guiding are the critical terms; in this case, the positive workplace is his goal. Followers understand the overall strategy of the company, and in most cases, they run it even in the presence of their leader. On the other hand, we have a boss whose work is to push the employees in a company. He does not take part in a lot of activities, but he expects results even without giving directions. In most cases, they speak, and they do not listen to the followers because they give orders to them. A boss never gets into the real action, like rolling up his sleeves to work with the employees. They always scold the employees if they do no show the expected results (Salehzadeh, 2017)
Situational leadership is a style where the leader adjusts the ways he does things and tries to fit into the level of his employees so that he can influence them and even motivate them. This type of leadership has characteristics like leader meeting the followers in their world and not vice versa. Also, the style of doing things may occasionally change to put things in order.

Contingency approach suggests that the most suitable style of managing an organization does not depend on situations for short-term solutions. It should have a plan that has to offer long term solutions to any problem that comes up in the company. Contingent manager pays attention to both the situations and how they interact with people to ensure they get the best solution. The first advantage of this approach is that it is flexible and it is universal. Secondly, the opinions of the employee's matter which gives room to draft a long term solution to any existing problems. The first disadvantage is that it has inadequate literature, as in; it has not spelled out the essential types of actions taken on various situations. The other one is that it is a sophisticated method and it does not follow any order which makes it hard for the most leaders to use (Amanchukwu et al. 2015)
The types of leadership that are evident in this company are the situational and coaching type of leadership. The leaders in this company ensure that they include the employees in the decisions that they want to make concerning vital issues in the company. There are not bossy which makes the followers enjoy every bit of it. They feel included in the activities of the running the company and that is why it is much productive. The other thing is that if situations come up, the leader has to bend towards them so that they can get solutions for the company. They adjust their way of doing things, and they find it gives the best yields.
The only leadership challenge present in the company is that employees that at times may not give the best and conflicts between them and the leaders arise. There are cases where they do not like their bosses because they give orders and they don’t include them in decision making. That way, the company gets a lot of leadership disputes.
