Human error aspects are some of the key factors that cause aviation in Alaska in the United States. As such, the National Transport Safety Board (NTSB) has constantly provided aviation safety measures to reduce such incidences, especially in Alaska in the United States. The Part 135 safety issue is the main in Alaska is proven to be key factors that lead to the increased aviation accidents ( National Transportation Safety Board, 2019) . Whether risks is also another factor that leads to a relatively high number of aviation accidents. 

As a result, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) provides various recommendations to help in reducing aviation accidents that have been rampant in Alaska. Improving pilot training and observing the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guideline can be used to reduce aviation accident in Alaska and parts of the world ( NTSB 2019)

Due to the increasing cases of aviation accidents, multiple solutions have been proposed to improve aviation safety in Alaska. The proposal was made by engaging different participants to get their views on possible ways of reducing aviation accidents. During the engagement, some participants proposed reorganization of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) staff to help in improving coordination between the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the industry safety initiatives. 

Based on the issues addressed in this case, there is a need to improve implementation of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines to reduce the number of aviation accidents in Alaska and the United States at large. However, this can be achieved by increase flight roles and operations to ensure that all participants in the aviation industry strictly following proposed guidelines. Doing so will help to reduce aviation accidents as well as a decreasing loss of lives and properties which are common in Alaska in the United States. Lastly, implementing aviation safety programs can help to address accidents that are rampant in Alaska States.
