BWB has been faced with a challenge of expansion into the digital concept of the reading materials. The company has been limited with its initiative to expand its sales into the e-materials. Given that amazon is one of the leading sellers of e-books, it has remained at the top while providing its best services to the readers. On the other hand, BWB has been prevented from the fact that amazon and other sellers does not allow partnership with them hence locking out from accessing more customers of the eBooks. BWB has therefore suffered from realising its intentions to further expand its supply network with its clients. The major issue is that more of the clients belonging to the BWB want more of the materials from online included as an eBooks. However, such has been challenged based on the limit that has faced the company not to have more of such electronic materials.

In line with its desire to achieve the customer benefits, the company would devise other ways such as partnerships with online sellers so that it gets to grow it sales levels as desired by the clients and its users. In addition, the company has to review on its business plan to identify any weaknesses that might be corrected as it fights the illiteracy levels in the globe. Such measures would call for more efforts that will make it possible to control the growth as well as maintain the desired levels of performance for all the people. Looking at other well performing companies will also offer information helpful to other companies, which would facilitate that growth through emulation of more viable programs.
