To communicate the results of the focus groups, Sarah should start by holding a meeting with the management. She should discuss with them about the concerns raised by the employees and develop mechanisms to solve conflicts, recruit and train, motivate employees and break communication barriers. Next, she should hold separate meetings with both the non-management immigrant employees and the non-management non-immigrants employees and on behalf of the farm apologize to them and assure them all concerns raised from all departments have been heard and will be responded to appropriately. Lastly, she should hold a meeting with the management and the employees or their representatives so as to bring mutual understanding between the workers and their immediate supervisors.
To improve communication and workers relation, Sarah should devise a mechanism to integrate both the English speaking and the non-English speaking employees in all departments to help them learn each other’s language and break communication barriers. She should also facilitate for the employees to be taught the language of other employees. Sarah had noticed that conflict among employees was magnified by communication barriers, meaning if the workers could speak and understand each other, this would bring mutual understanding and foster good relationships.

One issue that emerged from each group is lack of employee motivation. A short-term solution is to treat all employees with fairness and respect their rights. This will make them feel respected. A long term solution would be to introduce incentives such as certificates and tokens of good performance, as well as promotions, and training among others. These will make them feel that their contribution to the farm is appreciated and they will be motivated to give more ( Riccio, 2017).
