The video has some essential lessons that can be shared with a business or a group. The main lessons learned from the video include the lessons on how the subconscious mind controls our body language, communication through body language, and how to reprogram our minds. Just like the computer, the human mind is able to process a lot of information in the subconscious part of our brain. The body language that a person exhibits while speaking is influenced by the subconscious part of the brain. Just like the computer, the subconscious part of the brain selects programs from the moment when a person is young. The subconscious part of the brain can store information that one could use over and over, even when they are adults. This part of the brain also affects the way we communicate with others. The tone of voice in itself can send out a message that one did not intend to mean.

The body language of an individual can as well send out messages without them necessarily having to speak. The subconscious part of the brain can understand the body language of an individual and connect it to the words being spoken, but this could be different when another party tries to understand the message. Most people believe more in the gestures of a person than in the words which the person speaks. Body language is an essential part of communication, and it can pass a message across without necessarily having to speak. However, the subconscious can understand the difference between the spoken words and the gestures displayed during communication. The subconscious part of the brain is in control of one’s body language, and this is the reason why the brain can send out two messages at the same time. Body language can tell much about how a person is feeling during communication.

Reprogramming the subconscious part of the brain can help one adapt to new behaviors that seemed impossible before. Reprogramming the brain to adapt to new ideas or situations is not easy because the subconscious part of the brain has adapted to the use of stored information and avoids absorbing new information to conserve energy. Adapting to new habits or changing our body language requires the subconscious mind to be adjusted because it tries to stick to the normal actions and habits that it is used to. One can adopt new behaviors by sticking to the required changes even when the subconscious mind tries to go back to the old normal habits. The subconscious part of the brain is, therefore, responsible when one wants to change their behavior, especially when it is through their actions. The only way a person can adapt to the new behavior is by training the subconscious mind to adjust through frequent actions that demonstrate the new character. Our body language not only tells people about one’s level of success, but it as well passes information to us about ourselves.

Learning to adjust to positive body language can help one to indicate much appreciation from those around them. One can tell the kind of person they are dealing with and the level of success of such people by how they communicate with their bodies. It starts from the posture all the way to the tone used in communication. Even if the subconscious mind controls the body language, training it to adjust to new postures or gestures can take time, but at the end of the day, it is the only way to reprogram the subconscious part of the brain.
