Kelly Sanders has had to make critical business decisions regarding the customer retention and improved customer service. She will also make such decisions in the current state of the business and the future business improvements (Wang, 2015). The decision-engineering tool will come in handy and integrate with the already existing technologies such as the spreadsheets to ensure that the business has made decisions that are binding and will have a positive impact to the future of the business (Wang, 2015). Decision engineering will come in handy in the implementation of such decisions and their functionality.
