Businesses face diverging decisions about risks that are likely to be encountered in day to day moments and a health firm is no exception. As a result, of equipment purchases to new hires to acquisitions and closures, every single business choice carries a component of hazard. The explanation aspect of making the right business decisions comes from shaping the equilibrium sandwiched between risk and return. Firms that expose themselves to high risks with minimal rewards can speculate themselves right out of big business. At the other excessive, companies that participate it too safe and sound can miss out on growth chance since they need to find the way in a profoundly competitive current marketplace. The laid down procedures must be documented in an attempt to build customers trust and confidence on customers which are subject to change in the modern world. However, programming the processes involved in the production line improves the firm’s efficiency, as well as the performance. These are the current changes that contribute to employee’s motivation and a firm can only achieve this if it adapts a policy which appreciates and integrates changes as they serve to motivate employees.

One of the primary reasons why productivity has not been achieved in a firm is due to an inability of the company to create a comfortable working place. A policy that appreciates and adapts new changes together with provision of comfortable working environment serve to boost employee’s motivation. In an attempt to achieve employee motivation in this view, the healthcare firm need to conduct surveys on employees to identify the possible difficulties they may encounter, as well as the feedback from the employees ( Christ et al, 2017 ). Conducting surveys are essential aspects in a business venture as the serve to assess the rate of working as well as implementation of the proposed policy. We understand that it may be time-consuming and challenging to encourage employee motivation in the workplace. However, to achieve a high level of employee productivity, management needs to promote a positive workplace environment coupled with the adoption of modern changes in a healthcare business venture ( Moskovich & Achouch, 2017).

Apparently, it is essential to make sure that the workers feel that their work and efforts are a necessary input to the firm’s victory. Additionally, it is significant always to keep an ‘open-door’ policy and have an approachable management team that is ultimately aimed at achieving the organizational objectives and goes. In conclusion, adopting a policy that provides employee motivation is a significant feature at the place of work which eventually leads to a remarkable increased performance of the various departments and even the corporation at large (Nelson, 2017).
