Question 1: The step of the metastatic cascade that requires the most or least amount of effort/energy by cancer cells and explanation

Cancer invasion of the nearby tissues is one of the most critical steps among the affected people. This stage involves the loss of adhesion capacity between two cells, which allows the dissociation of malignant tumor cells from the primary tumor mass. These changes in the cell-matrix interaction enable the affected cells to invade the surrounding stroma. This invasion is critical because it causes degradation of the extracellular matrix and basement membrane as result of secretion of different substances. Besides, this stage entails either suppression or expression of proteins that are involved in the control of migration and motility.

Question 2: The immune cell type that is most important to have and explanation

B-cell is one of the most the most significant immune cells in human body, and it forms part of lymphocyte. B cells perform two primary functions, which include carrying antigens to the T cells for their destruction and produce antibodies to keep infectious cells from attacking the human body. B cells play a vital role in the adaptive humoral immune system and mediating the process of production of immunoglobulin, an antigen-specific glycoprotein molecules produced by plasma cells, responsible for offering protection against invasive pathogens, such as viruses or bacteria, and aiding in their destruction.

Question 3: The immune response that has the greatest impact on building human immune system

The humoral immune response has the most significant impact on the immune system of human being. This immune response protects the body from extracellular microorganisms through the destruction of pathogens by B cells. In this process, the antibodies can neutralize pathogens, a phenomenon that is essential in preventing bacterial toxins from entering cells. The destruction of extracellular infectious microorganisms keeps the body safe from infection with pathogenic diseases.
