CanGo has created a name for itself in the Media and Gaming market, dominating other tech giants in the process. However, the market is never stagnant, as companies like Amazon keep growing their business daily. All in all, CanGo has to expand its operations to survive. The CD/DVD market is dwindling, and streaming is becoming more popular. Online gaming is also becoming very competitive, and therefore the company needs to invest more in getting better games on its platform. On top of that, the company should be considerate of the other companies it is making deals with and not harm them financially in the process of expanding its own business.
