Because of the decline, our company is slowly dying and change is inevitable to change the outcome ( Lewis, 2019) . Therefore, in the next few weeks, we are going to experience changes. The communications for the changes will be made in due time and each one will know what they are expected to do (Beatty, 2015).
All communications done internally will be done via the email, hard copies, and memos. External communications will be done through the newspapers and emails when addressing a particular individual ( Hayes, 2018) .

Innovation responsibility should solely belong to the research and development team but the situation is not pleasing. Therefore we require innovative ideas from the entire team. The communication manager will be taking charge of all communications that will be done within this period of rapid change. New ideas will be greatly rewarded. The development and engineering team are required to speed up the time for developing the new products. The financing team should ensure timely allocation of resources to ensure that information flow is well facilitated and research and development team can be able to develop products in time.
