Organization management requires decision-making and resolving issues for a business to be beneficial and effective. Organizational management involve planning, controlling, leading, organizing resources within an entity with a general aim of achieving the objectives ( Griffin & Moorhead, 2011) . The change that will be undertaken in this project in the organizational management is the change in department’s management system. The change is because of insufficient organizational harmonization of the patients’ information which result to compromising patient’s information.

In this project, data from the observations, the IT manager interview questions, and organizational document will be analyzed by use of qualitative techniques. The methodology section answers how the data was generated or collected and how it was analyzed. The findings should discuss whether the changes in the organization management system are socially and monetarily rewarding. The conclusion should give a summary of a comprehensive, structured, and cyclic approach for transitioning the organization from the current to a future state that benefit the organization.
