The ideology of quality leadership revolves around the ability of an individual to inspire other people in doing things that they thought they could not do. The credibility of a leader is shaped by his/her ability to influence positive motivation to his/her subjects in approaching previously assumed impossible tasks. Quality leaders should not force subjects in doing duties against their will as managers would. Credible leaders should invest in developing an emotional appeal that would motivate the subjects into achieving an impossibly seeming task. Quality leaders pose various characters that enable them to inspire the subjects into being productive.

Integrity

One of the ideal traits of a quality leader is that he/she upholds integrity. According to the article "Facet of Leadership," a credible leader is indicated by his/her ability to respect and uphold the virtual of honesty and should depict a high sense of moral consciousness (Kumar & Matheen, 2019). A morally upright and honest leader has very chances of persuading the subjects into subscribing to his/her ideology. A quality leader should treat the issues with respect to moral values, ethical standards and integrity in order to win over the emotions of the subjects as an approach of persuasion and motivation.

Vision

A quality leader should be guided by a well-established vision. Vision is the ability to perceive a successful future and have a dream that can be achieved practically. The quality of the vision that a leader possesses forms the bases on which the subject determines the seriousness of a leader (Noviany, Wardani & Komariah, 2019). A credible leader should have a well-spelled vision which he/she shares with the subjects. A good vision indicates the aspirations that an organization or institution purposes of achieving. A vision gives the subjects a sense of the efforts they deploy in an organization.

Accountability

A quality leader should be able to account for the various responsibilities that are bequeathed on him/herself. According to the article "making sense of pragmatic and charismatic leadership stories," quality leadership is a product of an evaluation of a leader's performance in their responsibilities (Watts, Steele & Mumford, 2019). The ability of a leader to articulate his/her roles as expected determines the effectiveness of the leader. Accountability entails the performance of one's responsibilities in a manner that meets the expected standards. Liability of a leader helps to build trust with the subjects and therefore inspiring them to perform their roles effectively.

In totality, there are various parameters for qualifying a quality leader. A leader of credible quality should possess integrity traits in his/her conduct. Besides, a quality leader should have a good vision that depicts the individual and institutional or organizational dreams and aspirations. Nevertheless, a credible leader should account for the responsibilities entrusted to him/herself. Leaders should combine the traits of accountability, visionary, and integrity in performing their roles to earn credibility and trust of the subjects.
