The name of the board is Newark Municipal Council that is in charge of the public health and wellbeing. The meeting was held to discuss the challenges that are being experienced in the city and how to tackle them ( Lin, 2019) .

Their main responsibility is to enhance the standards of the citizens by the provision of better and quality services as well as the overall healthcare provision to the people ( Lin, 2019) . Just like one of the speaker's side, they need to make sure that the water that is being drunk by the citizens is safe and healthy for consumption.

Community members are also involved in the board, and they are also playing an essential role through various ways of contributing to the community as well. They are there to make sure that their problems are being attended to.

The meeting priorities of the meetings are for the citizens to state the problems that they are facing in the aim of making them addressed ( Lin, 2019) . The board met its goals since all of the issues were presented in a precise order.

The main evident principal is confidentiality since the speakers are very confident and sure of what they are saying they are ready to express themselves ( Zheng, Schachter, & Holzer, 2014) . Another principle that they portrayed is the need of doing good to others in relation to their duties of serving the public.
6. Describe one thing you learned from the experience that you believe is important in enhancing your knowledge about community health nursing.
The one major thing that I learned is that water is the main problem in the city since they are claiming that it contains chemicals that keep on harming them ( Lin, 2019) . This is a problem that can hinder the wellbeing of the community regarding their health.

The experience is relevant to the course in the sense that it covers most of the topics about health that is hindered by various factors ( Zheng, Schachter, & Holzer, 2014) .
