Part-1 Confucian Ethics

On the first point, Confucian ethics usually focuses on molding and structuring the relationships of human beings, especially the interrelationship of families since it is the basis for all kind of relationships. This kind of model is most evident in the Western parts of the world where it is more concerned with individualism as well as fundamental human rights. Confucian ethics is an unwritten law that was naturally implemented where most influences were from the culture of Taoism from the Western regions, especially in China and Japan (Ivanhoe et al., 2000). Therefore, incorporating these kinds of ethics in the US will mean a lot for the country as well as the citizens. The citizens will now be able to learn and study other cultures and in particular China which is rapidly growing.

The introduction of Confucian ethic will not alter the fabric of the society since it will provide a deeper and well-enhanced meaning of family to the society as well as the moral ethics that are found within the family. The social responsibility, as well as rites, will not be damaged by the introduction of these ethics but instead, strengthen them like it's evident in China. This is because China is a well and morally driven country that has over the years empathized on the need for good morals as well as ethics. Therefore, their introduction in the US will not challenge them in any negative way.

Part-2 the Ethics of Women's Oppression

Gender inequality, particularly in regards to women, has always continued to be the main topic not only in recent years but also in the past. This made various women wants to stand up and discuss this issue to attract attention to the situation to be addressed. However, the act of feminism was done in different ways. This created awareness and lead to the act of various authors to write about the oppression through their writings and discussion about racism, especially on women. It is important to note that most of the women were immorally treated differently based on their race (Hooks, 2014). The most aspect that was significantly affected was workplaces since they were only allowed to work in places that they were believed to fit in. In short, they only performed the duties that of low quality and low payment. Oppression was done in various ways, and it was mostly done on women where they were not even to speak where men were, their voice was not heard at all.

This oppression went ahead to a point where the women would really get in trouble with the lawmakers as well as the authority after in any way they were suspected of straying away from their jobs. The oppression did not end there since most of the black women were later treated more badly than before where they were being forced to do heavy work with no pay and not just childbirth and house chores. It was clear and ok for the white women to have more rights than the black women who were denied most of their rights in the United States (De Beauvoir, 2012). As much as the white women were getting more rights as time went by, the black women continued to suffer, and their situation did not change since they were only viewed as sexually promiscuous. This is the main reason as to why the black women formed their social groups as well as their own branding and learned how to love themselves for who they are.
