The reading discusses why actors cooperate in the relational world. There are mainstream IR theories that have given different explanations of why there is cooperative behavior from the actors. Some scholars tend to wonder who promotes cooperation among the social actors and the obstacles available in the cooperation. It is believed that there are independent actors who are self-organized, and they tend to make their own decisions, and actors who are closely related tend to cooperate easily. Some actors are selfish, and they only work to satisfy their self-interest. This has been a significant obstacle in cooperation. Although there are several barriers to cooperation, it is evident that the most successful actors cooperate. The barriers include the kinsperson's dilemma and the relator's dilemma.

Several distinct mechanisms are used to materialize and promote international cooperation, and they are force, institutions, and norms. These different mechanisms portray the anarchic international system to identify those who are not for international cooperation. There is a conflict of interest among different states. At times, international actors are willing to cooperate whenever benefits are coming from cooperation as they tend to motivate the actors. The institutional cooperation assumes that the actors are willing to cooperate when they know that they will benefit from the cooperation. The egoistic states tend to cooperate with the international system without forcing power. They monitor each state's behavior, and at times they can adjust their behavior to reduce disruption. Neoliberal institutionalism always gives a clear picture of international cooperation, and it also limits institutional cooperation.

The actual findings are straightforward to confirm that cooperation in the relational world helps connect the different available platforms internationally. The findings indicate that the Haldane predicament may construct a game of three actors called realtors, and they give the setting of the game a different perspective. The cooperation is much higher in the developed countries. Mencius optimality is used to improve the multiplayer situation, which demonstrates the importance of enhancing cooperation activities.

The serious obstacles to the cooperation in the relational world are the actor's selfishness and the absence of a central authority. The relatedness of the actors tends to change the payoff pattern of cooperation. The use of the kin selection indicates the greatness in the actor's relationship is likely to bring cooperation to the actors. However, an intimate relationship between the actors is bound to create big problems in the cooperation because there will be no willingness for either party to cooperate because of their relationship. Sometimes, they could be torn between choices to make while acting. (Weber, 2016)

Missing in this paper were the performances of non- cooperative and selfish actors and how they were affected by their actions. It was implied that only cooperative actors were successful. Although several obstructions stop the cooperation, there is a need to come up with solutions to offer those who are not willing to cooperate to make sure that everything works together for the success of the acting industry. The setbacks in cooperation tend to eliminate its usefulness in a dynamic environment. However, there is positive feedback on the cooperation in the relational world as it is intended to give fast responses to the real-life situation regarding the cooperation of the international state.

This research has direct implications for the industry. It is vital to fill the gap between the international actors and states, and it is helping to reduce the time used to come up with situations that need the actors' cooperation.
