Corruption and bribery are among the top issues in Azerbaijan that affect the growth and development of the given region. The issues influence the normal activities undertaken by the members of a given society thus leading to instabilities in the social interactions among different people in the society. Corruption is one of the social issues that affect the overall governance of a given country thus affecting the political and social welfare of a given region. Based on an increase in corruption and bribery issues in Azerbaijan, the country engaged in efforts to overcome the issues to enhance stability in the society. The corruption and bribery cases in Azerbaijan resulted in a situation where the country became a member of the GRECO and OECD, which are anticorruption networks that capitalize on monitoring and measuring the level of corruption in a given region. To overcome the increasing rates of corruption and briberies issues in Azerbaijan, it is necessary to capitalize on the identification of appropriate technologies that may focus on overcoming the given problem in the society. The use of information technology tools in solving corruption and bribery issues in the society is an essential element that focuses on the provision of relevant and permanent solutions.

The use of internet in fighting corruption and bribery issues in the society is a practical approach that helps in dealing with the keys stakeholders that engage in corruption activities in the community. The internet is a technology tool that helps in reaching a wide range of individuals and assist in enhancing communication between the individual. Two main elements of the internet assist in fighting and solving the issues in the society. The two elements involve the ability to store information databases efficiently and the provision of a platform for efficient and confidential information. The second essential administration of information technology in solving corruption and bribery issues in the society is the use of assistive technology that implements the use of software and hardware elements of a computer that allow individuals to undertake an adequate evaluation of the issues presented in the society. The implementation of the given information technology tools may provide an avenue for dealing with the issues that continue to influence the day to day economic developments in Azerbaijan.

Corruption and bribery in the different parts of the world affect significant processes involved in the running of the government such as offering tenders and employment. In this case, the use of internet in solving the given problems in the society may involve ensuring that all processes are undertaken online to monitor and regulate each activity to eliminate any form of corruption in the society. Additionally, the use of internet allows in storing information databases consisting of all aspects relating individuals in the community thus to track all the processes undertaken by individuals in the society. The internet provides an avenue for members of the society to communicate with the governing authorities efficiently to report cases of bribery and corruption in the society. The use of the computers in solving the given problems assist the governing bodies undertaking the initiatives of solving the issues through the provision of an avenue to store monitor and evaluate the rates of corruption and the effects of the issue in the societal welfare.
