In reference to the life of Jesus Christ, one can observe that he was a humble individual who was always eager to serve regardless of the fact that he is the son of God. Based on how he suffered when he was crucified and also how he was treated, Christians can easily acknowledge the kind of treatment humans face in light of certain circumstances. Jesus challenged the person who had never sinned to throw the first stone, and they all recoiled and went away. He further insisted that he had not come to earth to undermine the authorities or laid out regulations but instead, his presence was meant to fulfill God`s will to the people (Matthew 5:27). It can, therefore, be established that Christian`s view on criminology is divergent to that of other parties such as social scientists. Certain matters considered to be justifiable by the latter group is conflicting to what the former believes to be fair.
To sum it all up, there are some offenses which are considered to be greater than others, whereas what some people believe to be justifiable is different from what others believe is just. Besides, based on prior insight on Christianity, Jesus clearly defines various teachings which can be used to establish whether what is done by some people is justified or not. His life is an exemplification of what Christians are quick to follow when seeking to deduce on matters pertaining to Criminology. It can, therefore, be concluded that the Christian worldview on criminology differs from what is professed by others across the world.
