The other advantage of the agile methodology is that it incurs lower risk for the updating of the CRM. Through the agile methodology, it is possible to obtain regular feedback from the stakeholders of the company regarding the adjustments that are about to be implemented (Conforto & Amaral, 2016). The regular communication with the shareholders leads to the significant reduction of the danger of project failure where the stakeholders are included in every step of the project. The agile methodology also has various disadvantages. Firstly, the methodology has no fixed plan (Conforto & Amaral, 2016). Therefore, it means that the company has to keep juggling resources from a project to another since the changes are recorded as they occur. Secondly, the lack of a clearly defined plan necessitates the stakeholders and sponsors to work closely to gain the results they wish to see in accordance to the updating of the CRM (Conforto & Amaral, 2016). However, the agile methodology is still the best for the project planning in the company due to the ability to record slight changes as they occur.
