With consideration to the cultural elements and design in my organization (the athletic association), they grant women and women minorities some significant responsibilities in everyday tasks. They include religion, social organization, language, and cognitive understanding. Cultural aspects act as the lens through which people see and interpret most life complexities in the organizations (Joe 2018). In my organization, women are favored in leadership positions considering that there is a need for a reciprocal appreciation of the female efforts and welfare. Additionally, more training is administered on the female gender to promote female participation in sports activities.

The reason for offering higher leadership positions to women and women minorities in athletics association is to create burgeoning spirit in women with specific needs, dreams, and behavior. According to Ayton-Shenker (1995), the aspect of culture and design in the athletic association is equally linked metaphorically to an iceberg on the surface of the water. Though the iceberg seems weak on the surface, it is solidly anchored beneath the surface of the water, and so is a culture when gender is under discussion. Active participation in the athletics activities is a vector of cohesion which promotes integration and makes the whole athletics fraternity productive. Women are vulnerable to frustrations and practical disorientation when experiencing unfamiliar cultural elements in organizations.

However, I would recommend that the athletics association to consider providing subsidized subscriptions in the platforms, training on theatrical performances, and offering seasonal tickets to allow access to several advantages. The other concentration should be focused on young people who are perceived to be future leaders. Creating educational schemes for the young women in matters relating to athletics and sports would additionally provide social interaction necessary for full participation in the society as cited in Section 5module 17. The last aspect I would recommend for the athletic association is assisting the women, especially the young generation in responding positively to the dynamic world, as well as changing the archaic cultural aspects that could be thought to be immutable.
