There is a paradigm shift in the way business is done in the dynamic cooperate world. The increase in speed and change of business is gigantic. Therefore, the way a company adjusts to the changing environment in its operations and experiences have a significant impact on its likelihood to conquer the industry amidst these changes. Indeed, businesses must assess the inevitable changes to adapt to the new and varying demands of their clients for them to maintain a competitive edge in the market (Barkley, 2014). There exists different strategy that firms can apply to achieve and maintain relevance in the market.
There is an inclination of unwanted changes occurring in Murphy’s laws (Boss, 2014). Therefore, my business has adjusted accordingly to the new demands regarding the employee skills needed. Every employee has unique talents that align with diverse areas of the organization (Barkley, 2014). Working in an electronic organization is tricky nowadays with the shifting demands of the market for various goods. Therefore, there is a necessary alteration of the staffs to cover the demanding marketing of new products in the market denoting development of new tasks (Boss, 2014). Consequently, seeking to find out the different talents owed by the staff has been imperative in my organization to cater for the ever-changing market for electronic goods.

Notably, ranks and delegation of authority are inimical to the organization if not done in the wrong way (Boss, 2014). Therefore, I would advise my current workgroup to eliminate the ranks in its structure. However, this does not imply a complete elimination of the ranks but ensuring the employees have the freedom to choose what to do sometimes without being influenced by the authority. When one acts out of self-will, they are in a position to do their best and engage in areas that they feel they are best. Consequently, the elimination of ranks will enable workers to be satisfied, motivated in the workplace, and increase the productivity of the organization (Barkley, 2014). Indeed, their competencies will be augmented because they engage in what they have confidence.
