Every employee at a workplace has a unique personality; this is a major contributor to employee diversity at the workplace. One of the main advantages that are presented by the diverse personalities is that it balances weaknesses and strengths at a work environment. Employees with strong personalities are high-risk takers, often the overlook other aspects that are not in line with their objectives. Those with weaker character, on the other hand, stabilizes the environment by slowly evaluating the other aspects (Allen, 2015, p. 329) . In the end, the organizational objectives are met in a thought out fashion. Another advantage that is presented by competitive personalities is the fact that it is easy to get people with different personalities to work together as a team. Because each employee has a degree of specialization or personality preference, they will quickly assign each other roles depending on their roles and personalities.
Each personality has a unique set of talent that can be attributed to it. Therefore, in a diverse work environment, competitive personalities will present set of talents. For example employees with creative talents such as design, can make key contributions in reshaping organizational appearance and goal orientations. By visualizing the organizational goals through their set of design lens and recommend suitable modifications. However, creativity alone cannot build a fruitful organization, coupled with other employees with other set talents such as analytical personalities, relational personalities, the potentials of the success of the organization are increased with every talent harnessed (Allen, 2015, p. 275) . Because each personality comes with a unique set of talents, an organization that identifies and employs these set of personalities will have an all rounded work environment. As an organization benefits from the diversity, individual employees work with together and build their talents and areas of specializations, having the other staff's members providing constructive critics that in the end relies on their talents.
