The chosen health organization is the American Health Association. The health organization selected has a full representation and serves different hospitals, their patients, their health networks and patients. Close to 5,000 hospitals, different systems and care providers join to create the American Health Association (AHA). The advocacy activities and the representation made makes the AHA’s capability to make the members’ perspectives and requirements become addressed in the national health development policies. The services provided therein ensure that the patient-provider connections and the health equity are all resulting in a positive outcome putting a basis on the skilled and well-trained personnel. The services offered are long-term healthcare services and effective nursing services. The staffs are well trained and are professionally competent, thus, work efficiently and effectively. The organization has created divisions regarding identifying the work they have to do and ensure it is done to perfection. 

The measures taken to achieve positive feedback in healthcare provision include expert employees and proficient hiring process. Nonetheless, there is a team of a well-coordinated team that has the required skills who work in cooperation. The organization also offers effective information flow for the employees working in their hospitals. Additionally, the information flow allows the teams to feed the different stakeholders effectively such as the family members and their sick persons, the hospital team and the caregivers (Street Jr et al., 2009). Also, the hospitals covered by the association ensure that there are explicit billing and payment methods to enable easy claims. Nonetheless, the hospitals' hygiene comes first, and sterilization processes are very useful to limit chances of nosocomial infections. To add is that there are often seminars and training that ensure that employees are educated to deliver quality healthcare services.

The changes that the organization can make for effective services by the workforce would be to ensure that the billing processes made are faster to reduce queues. Nonetheless, several pathological laboratories should be established to enable the workforce to achieve quick sample collections. Additionally, the patients' accessibility to the organizations' healthcare services can be boosted by erecting different medical centers where the workforce can serve the patients jointly (Lopes, Almeida & Almada-Lobo, 2015). Hence, the workforce is effective if effective measures are established in any healthcare organization.
