Ecofeminism regardless of interpretation is a unique feminist lens on the real relationships between environmental issues and gender. Environmental damage is considered a feminist issue requiring the involvement of educated and empowered women to succeed in community protection and stop further serious degradation ( Danica, 2015) . The approach of environmental ethics tells people that they make a serious mistake when they view the natural world in terms of challenges to be conquered. Using the approach to environmental ethics in consideration to the issue of feeding humanity, ecofeminism does not provide a plausible account of how to cooperate with the natural world and also survive in terms of having an adequate amount of food production. However, the ecological destruction’s root causes cannot be reduced to patriarchy. Hunger results from environmental issues caused by anthropogenic attitudes and not androcentric attitude.
The ecofeminism's alternative approaches to the issue of poverty and hunger are viewing nature in a non-dichotomical manner ( Sharnappa, 2016) . The human nature intrigues people to make the world a better place through the exploitation of the environment, fossil fuels, and labor exploitations. Their views on benefits and efficiency are much different from the views of ecofeminism because their wealth is dependent on dispassion of resources. In order to make things work and cover up the damage, the rich in the society gravitate towards blaming the victims for their acts. The rich in the society blames the poor, women, and people of color for their hunger and poverty. Many use the approach of poverty culture to justify injustices they impose to the society. The best alternative to fight hunger and poverty is to take the initiative as activists for the cost. The concept of nature and the idea of human-self must be reconceived and reconsidered to establish systems between non-human and the human realm ( Estévez-Saá & Lorenzo-Modia, 2018) . The society can be involved in various ways from joining community groups focusing on these issues to signing petitions, joining organizations, educating people on the topic, among other empowering movements. The poverty and hunger crisis can be avoided by taking an initiative to promote ecofeminism.
