Purpose
The purpose of the project is to ensure that the COVID-19 pandemic does not affect the community ( Rudnicka et al., 2020) . Through the program, there is the hope that numbers will reduce and community members will be vigilant to stop farther surging of everyday cases.
Program Scope
COVID-19 is a highly infectious disease that has affected most activities around the world. The program narrows down to the local community members on the need to be aware, prevent, and manage ( Rudnicka et al., 2020) . There is no age limit. It covers all the individuals in the community.
Program Audience
Though the pandemic has been widely outspoken, some members of the community still ignore to take the necessary action to prevent the spread ( Rudnicka et al., 2020) . The program targets such community members who ignore COVID-19 rules.
Background
It is almost one year since the COVID-19 hit the world. It has been one of the worst pandemics in history to affect the world. The menace has not only claimed many lives but also affected the economy of the world ( Rudnicka et al., 2020) . The challenge in dealing with the virus is that it is highly infectious. People have had to change their lifestyle and take precautionary measures. However, many people still do not take it serious putting the world at farther risks. Educating the community members would help to beef up fight against COVID-19.
Rationale for Developing this Evaluation Plan
To ensure that the number of COVID-19 cases reduce in the region. The inspiration to conduct the program is the increased cases ( Rudnicka et al., 2020) . Secondly, at the end of the program, community members should be more vigilant in terms of taking precautionary measures. At the end of the program, the goals of the program should be realized.
