The Davis Hospital should adopt the Top-Down Approach method whereby they will need to research on other hospitals dealing with eyesight problems and see how much they spend in their market communication. They will then compare it with their budget and see whether it’s worthy going for. This is because the Davis Hospital is not famous in the country and might need to venture more in advertisement to gain popularity.
Effective communication method in Davis Hospital can be achieved through, establishing the current situation of the hospital in terms of its clients, developing relevant adverts, ensuring that the adverts target the necessary audience, testing the adverts to ensure they draw the audience attention, knowing the best media to use to advertise, creating an action plan for communication, knowing the materials needed and finally releasing the advert and following up on it to make necessary alterations (Linton, 2017). The Davis Hospital should also set a team on standby which will be continuously advancing on the advert made and if need be develop new adverts to ensure that the hospital meets its targets. This whole process is necessary because many hospitals out there are gaining popularity through the use of advertisements and for the Davis Hospital to survive in the market, it must strategize its communications well and venture on advertising its products and services.
