There are different goals that all the employers should consider for them to have a successful organization. The happiness of every employer is to see that his or her company has a good progress despite facing some challenges. Some of the goals include having a good strategy to run the company, enough capital, right employees or real business environment. This essay will focus on the employee goals of selection. 

One of the most important employee goals of choice is hiring high qualified people and innovators (Youssef, 2015). Moreover, the primary focus of the employer or manager is to see the success of the organization. Additionally, employees with the ability to understand their duty position are right for the organization. This is because they will have high chances to give the best performance.

On the other side, there are methods of selections on which employers use to do recruitment. Some of the methods include structured interviews and General Method Ability (Bullock, 2012).In structured interviews, recruits are asked specific questions related to the job they applied. While in General Method Ability recruits have to do some tests for the best to be chosen (Bullock, 2012). The test might include an ordinary paper and pen test where they have to sit and do it. This method of selection helps the company in choosing the best employees. Moreover, employees with good qualities will lead to the success of the organization.
