With the growing need for advanced technology in the day to day operations in all aspects of life, we have established a technology firm to address many technology needs amidst the fierce competition in the technology industry today. We are eager to develop products which we believe will be the best for the customers. In this connection, as the CEO of the company, the board of directors requested that I organize the firm for the new strategic plan that will integrate stunning shifts in organizational structure and business unit systems.
In this connection, I organized a team of professionals in all levels of operations to help me organize the strategic plan of the company. We successfully established a workable strategy which we presented to the board of directors for approval and consideration to help in the establishment of the technology firm.

The company name is EVERGREEN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. The company’s MISSION is ‘To improve the world by transitioning to sustainability through advanced technology’ and the VISION is ‘To be a company that completely understands your technology needs, satisfy them to your self-fulfillment and that of your company.’
For the successful launching of our new product, the company has come up with the right and best products and has reviewed the markets on the need for our products. We have established our website and the customers are already streaming. We have confidence in our products. The customers’ feedback we have received has helped us improve our products for their utmost satisfaction. We have personally tested our products in our company and through different customers and we are good to launch them. In addition, the launch has been successfully planned, practiced and rehearsed within the company’s limits. The company’s marketing slogan will be ‘TECHNOLOGY TRANSITS WITH US’.
The organization will involve the management, all the staff, and the customers that our services and products are targeting. The employees will help in inputting ideas on any improvement to be made and will be committed to the strategy to its success. They will offer opportunities which may not have been realized and help in solving challenges that the strategy will encounter. The senior management will share and explain the strategy to other employees and explain how they intend to implement it. The customers will help in streamlining the strategy to satisfactorily address their technology needs.
A stakeholder is any person with an interest in a company. Our stakeholders include the customers, employees, directors, unions and the government. The company will invest in communicating with these stakeholders regarding the upcoming initiatives. This will be done by providing continuous updates on all the initiatives and individual approach through phone calls and meetings. Additionally, the company will listen to the stakeholders’ view on the initiatives and consider their input. Since we are a technology company, we will invest in communication through weekly newsletters and intranet to ensure that we constantly update all the stakeholders on the current developments in the company. For very formal communications like the restructuring of the company, formal meetings for all stakeholders will be held. The company is also developing a management tool which will help in connecting all stakeholders online. This will be efficient and time-saving.
As the CEO, I will use different communication channels to make sure that my company gains ‘buy-in’ to this initiative system-wide. A video in one channel to make sure that the initiative is viewed and remembered since people love viewing videos more than reading. The video will use pictures, sound and motion to be very engaging. Secondly, I will use a microsite. I want everyone to directly access what they are looking for about the company. Through the microsite, I want to make large-scale communication to ensure that the initiative has the best output ever. This will also help me get the analytics of different aspects in the company.
In addition, I will use blogs to communicate with the customers about our initiatives. This will help me create a more personal connection with the readers and customers. It is an opportunity for the customers to air their grievances and to help the company realize a challenge and address it. The company has a YouTube channel, an Instagram account, Facebook page, twitter, and LinkedIn account. These accounts will help me share ideas and issue regarding the initiative and get feedback on the same. With this, I will be able to predict what they are expecting and be able to offer them that which they deserve.
Lastly, the company has a communication app for all the employees. This will help employees to communicate everything about the company and the customers’ feedbacks in any format. Suggestions will be made here on the action to take to improve and offer the best initiative to all. The intranet will be best to use too to enable me to communicate with the employees. With these channels, I will be able to have the best model to help me gain buy-ins; which are very crucial to the company’s initiative.
In conclusion it is my hope that the above strategy for the development of the business will be approved by the board of directors and implemented to serve the customers.
