Who do you plan to interview (no names)? Just relationships (that is: my grandfather, my neighbor, a patient that I cared for in clinical, a coworker of my father)
I plan to Interview my coworker, a fellow registered nurse (RN) at a local healthcare facility.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
When and where do you plan to interview this person: list date, time, and location (setting)
I plan to interview him at my workplace on March 2, 2019, around 3:45 pm in the cafeteria, particularly after work. This time is perfect for our meeting because most workers are free and take this opportunity to catch up with each other and the daily activities at the facility.
List a minimum of 6-7 questions that you plan to ask the individual that will satisfy the objectives of the assignment listed in the corresponding module.
The following are some of the open-ended questions I would like my colleague to answer based on the general ethical and cultural issues at the workplace:
Do you think various cultural issues like language, values, and norms play a central role in the delivery of quality care in the nursing profession? Explain?
What are some of the ethical dilemmas you regularly interact with at the workplace?
Do you think the four ethical principles of nursing (beneficence, autonomy, justice, and malfeasance) are critical in the delivery of nursing care? Explain?
Which of the four ethical principles do you think supersedes the rest? Explain?
Why do you think professional ethics is essential in any field?
What are some of the other primary cultural and ethical issues nurses face regularly in their delivery of care apart from language, values, and norms mentioned above? Why do you think they are essential?
