The ethical issues at stake in this company are those that involve conflict of interest where top managers are given excessive bonuses while employees are denied full time benefits to constrained funds. This can also be classified as misuse of resources where money that should be paid for employee benefits is given to top managers in form of excessive bonuses. The company would also be environmentally responsible through building roads in the city using environmentally friendly materials. This means that the company will play a great role in conserving the environment of the local area by using materials that will protect the environment.
