Wisdom is an integral part of efficient instructional leadership in contemporary teaching practice. Wisdom encompasses the ability to recognize and understand the most appropriate decisions while possessing adequate knowledge. Wisdom enables teachers to create an ideal learning environment for their children and bring the best out of them. In the teaching profession, other people might possess different or opposing ideas. The application of wisdom enables one to understand and take critics positively. Educators have a significant role in choosing the most appropriate strategies that enable learners to achieve the best from the learning process. It takes a teacher's wisdom and values to influence vision and values in the learning process. The best learning decisions help to collect timely feedback from the leaner's to optimize the learning process. 

The use of wisdom is integral in the determination of the right teaching methodologies and teaching techniques. The ability of teachers to choose the right teaching techniques has a huge impact on classroom performance. The use of wisdom helps teachers to build a good reputation through exemplary performance and decision making. According to Proverbs 22, the scriptures favor a good reputation over great riches. The use of wisdom enables teachers to take appropriate actions in enforcing discipline among learners (Willmington, 2018) . In proverbs 23, the scriptures explain the significance of disciplining children. Disciplining children helps to save them from death (Proverbs 23:14).

There are several ways applicable to bringing moral instructions to life. Learners should be provided with time to reflect on their learning choices and experiences. The teachers also need sufficient time to reflect on their teachings and actions. To incorporate morals into life, teachers need to incorporate character education in the curriculum (Ryan & Bohlin, 1999) . There should be a diversity of books helping learners to understand morals and values in the community. Sharing stories with students on lives of good life role models helps to shape their morals and values.
