The three main ethical values that I bring in my professional life include responsibility, integrity, and justice. Given the context of ethics, it is quite imperative to note that the ethical value such as responsibility defines the corporate culture of numerous organizations in every corner of the globe. A practical example regarding the ethical value of responsibility, integrity, and justice dwells on the fact that professionals embrace the goals and objectives of their respective organization without fear or favor and feel accountable for any underperformance or mistakes made in the organization based on their decisions.

Given the ethical theories that include, Utilitarian, Deontological, and virtue ethics, it is essential to note that these theories have helped several professionals to behave ethically. The Utilitarian theory would help me predict the consequence of an action committed by myself. For example, the rationale of Utilitarian theory dwells on the fact that a person can predict the consequence of an action committed by other employees. The Deontological theory helps me conceptualize the fact that I am mandated to adhere to my obligations and duties assigned to me within an organization, and this affirms the rationale of the theory. The virtue theory helps me developed the professional competence to judge a person or rather a fellow employee by character rather than by action, and this outlines the rationale and the strength of virtue ethics.
