Ethics also ensures the right way of living is achieved by following appropriate values and principles which follow moral practices. Data management can pose various ethical challenges during collection, application, and reporting. According to Saunders (2015), the process of anonymizing data can be complex and lead to compromise; for example, when disguising participant data for particular research. Though the participants' official names may be concealed, data about their location and description compromise their identities, which threatens the data's anonymity. Another challenge that compromises data involves research where an article may be published containing sensitive data collected from anonymized participants about a particular field of study compromising their identity due to the information's specificity. Researchers should use technology, such as encryption and passwords, to secure the data collected or published on the internet to ensure credibility.

Witek-Crabb (2014) identified that organizational development is complex to define, pointing out that it is also associated with organizational learning. Therefore, it can be concluded that organizational development is made effective and plays a significant role in organizational learning to make business functions more effective. An organizational development practitioner should possess skills related to business growth and sustainability. Such skills include internal affairs management, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and leadership. OD practitioners must possess practical research skills to collect data, perform data analysis, and provide feedback. OD practitioners should also follow up on business strategies and create more leads for the business by bringing more clients to improve operations.
