Formulation of divine laws in exodus 20, which are the Ten Commandments, was given to Moses by God on mounts Sinai. These laws majorly looked into the relationship and impression made by people on the others. In addition to that, the other part of the law was the majority restricted to the worship of God. The laws that emanate from both the Quran and the bible suggest that stealing assumes private ownership of property. The book of exodus 20:15 states, “You shall not steal.” This eight commandment implies that taking something g that does not belong to you is not right. On the other hand, the Qur’an 6:152 states, “And come not near the orphan’s property, except to improve it, until he (or she) attains the age of full strength” which advocates that unlawful acquiring o wealth through oppression is wrong.
