Lopez should keep his job with the company in regards to ethics. Firstly, according to Utilitarianism ethical perspective, Lopez did not do any wrong to the company. The utilitarianism ethical perspective argues that the best action should result to a positive utility to a large number of people. In Lopez case, His action was meant to save many staffs who were subjected to oppression and injustices within the organization. His action was meant to save many people rather than a single company. Also, if we take the direction of Kant, Lopez should even be promoted to a higher rank in the company than firing him. Kant has it that the best action is that which is intrinsically right whether its consequences or result are Negative. Lopez had a good intention for the staff within the company. He was not impressed with the management strategies which did not give the staff sense of humanity. His actions, though wrong to the company and from a normal viewpoint, had the right intention ( Parahoo, 2014).

First, it is the right of the company to file a case to have the web page removed from the World Wide Web since their right as a company is threatened and jeopardized by the Lopez's web. In this case, they will be protecting their rights by removing the web page. Secondly, when we side with ethical egoism, the company is ethical on the right path with their quest to have the web page scraped off from the World Wide Web. The ethical egoism has it that an action is an ethical right when it benefits or gives pleasure to the dower. In other words, when one undertake an action because he/she will benefit from the action, it ethical right accords to this ethical principle. In this case, the removal of Lopez's web from the World Wide Web will do the company more good than harm. Therefore, according to egoism, it is right, and they should file a case to have it removed.

First, the company leadership should not attempt to have Lopez fired. Instead, they should find the reasons behind his actions and reconsider hearing from him his proposal for the problem. They should understand that her action according to Kant and the principle of utilitarianism's were ethically rights. To the company, the leaders should file law case to have the web page removed since according to virtue theory; the web page is not doing any moral good to the company. In case the company follows the Kant ethical perspective and the utilitarianism, the company will not fire Lopez; rather, they will invite him and discuss the way forward.

First, the company should revise their management strategies. They should have management strategies which are inclusive and has the staff rights at heart. They should clear their communication pathways and remove all the obstacles of feedback so that in case an issue arises, the react instantly to have it solved. Alternatively, they should encourage staff representation in the management board; these should be a body that ensures that the staff' right is properly adhered to. Lastly, they should have Lopez given a chance to be the human resource management since he seems to have the staff interest at heart.
