In the recent decade, many efforts have been made to guarantee that healthcare is improved, particularly with the advent of nursing research. T his has led to evidence-based practice introduced i n the nursing industry and has considerably benefited in improving patient outcomes. N ursing research has resulted in the establishment of ethics in the field. Health ethics are vital because employees need to identify the challenges of health care, make excellent judgments and choices on their values while adhering to the laws governing them. To perform with integrity competently, nurses must be regulated and guided within the profession, like any health care provider . Congress of the United States ensured the establishment of the Health Insurance Act . T he statute focuses on creating privacy systems in health facilities and beyond. Evidence-based practice has been helped improve patient outcomes . 

The use of evidence-based nursing practices is relatively new; however, the medical profession has spent almost two decades researching evidence-based practice . The principal goal of the evidence-based approach is to improve patient decision-making to provide better care , in the long run, r educing costs . The practice has been v ital for nursing in an era of inadequate health resources. But, because of the numerous sources of nursing knowledge, the use of evidence-based nursing has been proved more challenging in the medical field ( Black et al., 20 15). Various research methodologies are used for evidence-based practices and examine their applicability and implications for nursing research and evidence-based nursing practice. These methodologies includ e s ampling, data collection, intervention, and data analysis.

Evidence in the medical context emphasizes science literature characterized as an integration of relevant research, clinical skills, and patient preferences. Proof refers to sources of information related to a specific health situation that help the nurses to arrive at a certain decision. After collecting scientific material, thorough research is performed to determine its feasibility and validity and critically appraised for implementing patient care interventions . Using an evidence hierarchy is then rated according to the intensity or accuracy of the research investigations. The research results conducted by the Zabol University of Medical Sciences show that patients' outcomes increase in evidence-based nursing practice. T hat can reduce th e expenses required to provide health care; hence organizations can cut expenditure. 

Sampling is one of the research methods used when training nurses on evidence-based practice; this is done by picking participants from the organizational employees to participate in training. The research participants are meant to form teams. The research team should comprise at least one physician at the point of treatment whose work is restricted to clinical practice and does not involve managerial or research activities. This enables the team members to acquire knowledge faster comparing to going to conferences or seminars. 

Intervention method potential research team members are required to submit letters to solve a specific research problem and after scrutiny by the clinicians and academic leaders. After approval, they are authorized to enter a preparation program and are allocated a mentor to help them along the way. Through intervention, the method is one of the best since the teams have to compete to develop research problems that need to be addressed, proving some level of seriousness among the team members. 

Data collection allows participants to undertake surveys and interviews at a certain period in a given amount of time. At the completion, Open questions are being utilized to evaluate participants' training experiences and their effects on the capacity to participate in EBP. Clinicians and academic leaders can learn more about how the program's efforts have affected clinicians' research capability and EBP. 

The nursing field has evolved , especially the evidence-based practice, new trends as the population changes in their needs and expectations. In many ways, the establishment of a research culture in nursing resembles the culture of chiropractic and reviews crucial parts of the development of nursing science. This is because of several causes, such as the increased number of nurses with advanced academic training, the creation of means for disseminating nursing research, governmental financing and nursing research support, and the development of research abilities in faculty and students. Recent trends were developed and tested for theories describing patient problems and nursing practice, focusing on clinical nursing research. Participants were recruited to answer questions such as what are nurses in the first half of this century, what are nursing doers, and what is distinct in other fields of health sciences? Professional arguments struck whether nursing was only a biological, natural, or physical scientist. 

The main objective of research use programs is to incorporate research findings into nursing practice and ensure models of research-based care ( Hutchinson and Jackson, 2012, P. 18 ) . The use of research findings by advanced practice nurses is an excellent paradigm for implementing research results. The trend towards nursing research is the utilization of study results as a basis for making treatment decisions known as an evidence-based practice. A therapy issue is formed with this method, and the appropriateness of current research is determined. Through this endeavor, the nursing profession transcends the gap between research and practice to enhance patient care in conjunction with other occupations. 

Education advancement is another trend before Hospital training programs provided nursing education. Today, associate degree programs are the most common route into nursing practice, with baccalaureate programs coming in second. Diploma programs have gradually declined in number, and just a few remain now. Nursing research may be introduced to students in associate degree programs, but nursing research was included in the upper-division curriculum of bachelor programs. Nurses in academic settings have recently been encouraged to pursue postdoctoral research training, with funding available through the National Institutes of Health's individual and institutional and traineeship programs. 

It is not surprising that many different professionals' organizations, public organizations, and institutions create unique codes, regulations, and policies relating to ethics in research, which are important to the conduct of research ethics. A general summary of ethical principles entails; Honest reporting and publicizing statistics, outcomes, methodologies, and procedures. Do not produce, false or incorrect information, to eliminate biases to experimental design, analysis of data, interpretation of results, peer review, decision-making, awards, expert testimonies, and other research components where objectivity is expected or necessary. Examine your work and your colleagues' work carefully and thoroughly. Keep detailed records of research activities, including data collecting, design, and communication with agencies and publications. Share data, outcomes, ideas, instruments, resources. Be open to fresh ideas and criticism. Patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights should all be respected. Without permission, do not use unpublished data, techniques, or results. All research contributions should be appropriately acknowledged or credited. 

Data of patient outcomes were randomly stored in the hospital, which led to insecurity concerns, especially among patients whose medical conditions were shared without their consent. Congress authorized federal procedures to ensure safety in the electronically-protected health data to guarantee confidentiality, integrity, and availability while providing access to health care practitioners and continuing medical plans to assure that personal health information was protected. The second title pr ohibits fraud and abuse in healthcare fields; Medical Liability Amendment; National standards for e-health transactions and national identification of health insurance providers, employers, and insurance plans are required for administrative simplification. (Establish regulations and processes to preserve the privacy and security of personal health information, identify offenses, and punish offenders civilly and criminally. Enables the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to adopt standards to improve the efficiency of the health care system.). Third title medical expenditure pre-tax guidelines. It alters the health insurance legislation and offers health insurance contributions (Standardize the amount that can be saved on medical savings account pre-tax per person. Provide health savings accounts to employees covered by a greater revenue plan for a small business or a self-employed person.). The fourth section offers Group Health Plans Guidelines. It makes changes to the coverage of health. Final title Governs life insurance policy owned by the company. M aking provisions for treating persons without US citizenship and the rules on interest allocation abolished by financial institutions( Edemekong et al., 2018 ) . Basic HIPAA's goals are to limit the use of protected health information on those who have it and punish people who don't follow the rules. 

EBP cannot continue to become an abstract notion or idealized competence for healthcare organizations. In the coming century, E BP research knowledge is challenged by essential requirements for health improvement. The course of nursing research will be affected by changes in the global population and their demands and aspirations. Patients are more involved in managing their healthcare systems, and practitioners are constantly adapting to new technologies and innovative health systems. The application of codes, standards, and principles in nursing research ethics is vital . Y et, they do not cover every case ; they frequently clash, necessitating extensive interpretation, especially in nursing research.
