Research Question
What are the factors that contribute to women success in management positions?
Thesis
The chief purpose of the research question is to find out and expound on the main reasons behind most women being successful in conducting their management roles.Women are firm believers in being successful. This attitude enables them to set their own rules and goals during the management of the roles provided to them in businesses. Most women who are the coordinators of firms fear to disappoint their members who depend on them; they are also guided with the mindset that it is to work while at a higher level incorporation thus have the urge and attain success in the management of businesses (Aycan, 2004). Therefore, women have a more top attribute of pursuing their initiatives and driving them as compared to men.

Argument
The women entrusted with management roles in businesses express appreciation to the community around them. They usually become successful coordinators because no achievement is obtained in a vacuum and singly. Gratitude is represented by their ability to recognize the people who honestly support them; this makes those colleagues more loyal and willing to encourage them to attain their goals as successful business managers (Chaudhary, 2015). They prefer to listen to their clients which is an essential consideration in managing employers influenced by togetherness of both the employee and the employer (Chaudhary, 2015).
Role models are another reason why women are successful business managers. The contemporary world has many women who have been able to achieve their goals due to better planning, as we can observe that women have been able to champion for their rights and have even attained greater globally recognized positions like the presidency, e.g., Ellen Johnson Sirleaf who is the president of Liberia. Therefore, for many women look up to their successful role models and follow their footsteps and skills to manage and coordinate their businesses thus becoming successful (Davidson and Burke, 2011). Being successful is a vital priority to many women be it in companies or other ventures with regards to achieving their goals they do every strategized plan and sacrifices to become the source of hope and success empowerment to other women.
Fostering good relationships and keeping them active enables women to become successful managers in their businesses. As coordinators of companies they make and maintain a network of friendships with their associates and members in their workplace which is brought about by their firm business ethics as they regard and appreciate fairness with their competitors (Hasan and Almubarak, 2016). The advantage of having many friends is that when crisis or failure occurs in the business proceedings, the gained friends become of greater help for example regarding giving business management advice (Hasan and Almubarak, 2016). This ability to make many friends is the friends may be the favorite clients and customers of her business thus achieving more gains in the company.
Women are also genuinely passionate about what they do, which is why they have been successful in management. Without being emotional about something you are carrying out there is nothing that you will achieve. As the women are highly recognized for their nature of being concerned and deeply engrossed in their desired goals, they can pursue and attain their dreams (Lashley, 2013). The lucky women critically plan, coordinate and direct their achievement ideas and goals on their businesses and only take a rest when their plan has worked through due to the love and passion for their activities. They are also conversant with the ways of generating passion in their employees; this is key in business management since it enables all the stakeholders in the desired activities to put all their efforts towards attaining the desired goals.
Women are increasingly being given support by men to advance their management roles. This support enables them to become successful managers in their businesses as the world is enlightened with the need for gender equality which provides balance in the workplace (Mathur-Helm, 2002). The support that men offer to women enhances intelligence collectively since men have noted the power of women regarding being highly committed and engaged in their goals. Also, businesses led by women are more successful since they are guided and directed by men in dealing with technical encounters at the workplace (Rajkumar and Prasannakumar, 2014). Women can carry out most activities that men do with a higher chance of being successful due to the increase in the opportunities for higher education. In the current world, we find out that the number of women that have achieved academic success is quickly becoming comparable to men (Sümer, 2006). Through studies women attain knowledge and skills that are useful to their day to day encounters hence can become better and successful business managers.
In conclusion, the art of management is acquired during the life encounters, which means that women have been able to learn it from their environments. Therefore, it is essential to recognize and support women who are in the managerial positions in different fields which include businesses and organizations. The primary reason behind the above arguments is that when women become successful the entire globe benefits since they are the roots of the communities.
