Vision
The quality improvement department will utilize the annual QIP to facilitate success in generating a culture of quality and sustainable improvement, which is related to health inequalities in the reproduction sector, department’s mission, and values.

Policy Statement
Family Matters has an interest in analyzing and improving the quality of reproduction sector services by addressing health inequalities to reduce morbidity in public health.
Definition of Terms
Quality Improvement (QI): A process that associates skills, structures, processes, and the results to improve the quality of services in the organization (Woodcock, 2020).
Quality Improvement Plan (QIP): A strategy that displays specific areas that show current operational performance for improvement within the organization (Momani Hirzallah & Mumani, 2017).
Quality Methods: A practice of tracking and reporting indicators after a thorough assessment ( Woodcock et al., 2020).
Overview of Quality in Family Matters
The current position of QI in Family Matters is at the start point of having some staff trained on techniques regarding IQ tools. After four 'little iq' projects at the end of next year, the health department will have undergone QI introduction course and train 30% of the entire staff on a detailed course on QI leading to a company to move to ' IQ'.S
Government Structure
The structure contains a system that outlines, directs and controls numerous undertakings intended to achieve a corporate goal. The structure explains the flow of information from top to bottom. Family matters are driven by a group of people who ensure access to quality healthcare. The President /CEO is the head of the organization helped by the Board of Directors, comprising of 12 persons to carry out distinct tasks ( Djukic & Gilmartin, 2018).
Training
The training targets an average of 65, 000 employees (Johnson & Sollecito, 2018). There will be an orientation meeting focusing on new employees and an online introductory course for all the staff. Besides, qualified educators with degrees in their area of specialization to teach staff and concentrate on community outreach programs as well.
Quality goals
The quality goal of the organization is to have all staff receive two hours of introductory training to IQ in the first quarter of 2020. In two years, Family Matters will have moved from ‘little iq’ to ‘big QI’
