To pick a given brand as the most feasible for this project, the smartphones including iPhone 7, Samsung S7 Edge, Passport 4G Cell Phone , Galaxy S8 and BlackBerry KEY one were analyzed following the specifications and features ( Yeager, 2011). The Samsung Galaxy S8 phone proved better than the rest; thus is commended for further analysis since it may suit all needs of the users.
1.1 Purpose and Overview of Report Organization
The purpose of this study was to find out the feasibility and reliability of smartphone brands to assist in daily communication and networking among people in the best way possible. The also, this study intended to determine the validity of the brands to show which smartphone can best serve the needs of the phone users.
1.2 Background of Problem

It is fast and can store between 32 to 200GB which makes it reliable and good for usage. This device is easy to use since it can do both video and audio recording and calling. It costs around 56,900.
2.1.2 Galaxy S8.
The Galaxy S8 is a Sumsung product as well that is a result of improvements in the S7 meaning it is much more than the latter. It has high performance, excellent display touch screen, has a storage of between 64 to 265GB of data and information ( In Kondo, In Kada & In Takahashi, 2015). Its cameras are superb as compared to other smartphones, which makes it lead in serving the networking purposes. Most people interested in fast and clear communications would definitely run for this and its cost is 64,900.
2.1.3 BlackBerry KEY one.
BlackBerry KEY one is a smartphone brand that is largely used and it has good performance, display apps, and a storage of 32GB. Its camera can enable taking good pictures, though not like the earlier mentioned. Generally, it is a good one and its price is fair.

The method of analyzing the strengths of each phone brand helped identifying how significant and reliable that particular phone is to achieving the goal of effective communication through looking at maintaining these strengths.
Identifying the weaknesses made the researcher find out which phone has the weak ends that can be easily overcome to qualify it as better than the rest. For instance the study looked at the weaknesses of the Galaxy S8 against those of the iPhone 7 to see which ones can be done away with ( Mind Commerce, 2012). It was a good method as it brought out the different shortcomings of the phones more clearly.
Finding out the threats and opportunities that underlie the use and application of the different smartphones was another section of the criteria in which comparisons were made. The researcher found out that with some phones, there are several opportunities that t creates which can be utilized to maximize achievement of outcomes. Also, the phones with the greatest threats that are not easy to overcome were to be left out as they would seem not feasible.
2.3 Evaluation
The Samsung S7 Edge was looked at in terms of the SWOT analysis whereby it had 90% strength and opportunities like high performance, excellent display options, connect to internet, wifi, and other network connection, with a relatively lasting battery and can perform all communication tasks faster and better. However, the cost was slightly higher than that of other products like the Blackberry KEY One phone. Otherwise, it was found to be a good connection gadget.
The Galaxy S8 is another alternative that was chosen since from the Swot analysis, it showed that it was of high quality through performance, speeds, connectivity, display options, apps and more communication aspects taken care of. It has a long lasting battery, waterproof housing and has big storage space which makes it even better. Although, the prices of this brand are higher than the rest. The price was not seen as a big threat following the quality of the product.
Lastly, the BlackBerry KEY one smartphone was the third option taken as its features are great in regard to the goal and projected outcomes of the device chosen. The SWOT analysis proved that it has good performance for normal phone transactions, display, apps, connectivity and more ( Lu, 2012). Most of all, its prices were slightly lower than its competitor handsets, which make it more attractive. However, as compared to the Galaxy S8 and S7, its performance was not as good which meant it may not deliver the excellent service as projected.

It is waterproof, meaning no matter the weather or condition, it will still perform as expected. Additionally, the phone’s storage is too large that it can aid in storing of information in the organization while easing information sharing through the internet. However, the product requires good amounts of money for the initial purchase. The organization needs to have up to 64,900 for the purchase of each handset ( Yeager, 2011).
3.1 Plan for Implementation
The organization should consider making orders of the number of devices needed for the organization since this will make it cheaper for them. The financial controller and the human resource manager are the bet responsible persons for the purchase since they better understand the communication needs of the organization ( Yeager, 2011). The organization should consider purchase of these smartphones due to the world going digital meaning the organization needs to be ahead of the rest.
