The Character of a Manager 

John is a HR manager at the technological organization, which deals with the sale of computers and other peripheral devices. Human resource management (HRM) is among the essential requirements for today’s businesses (Dunn, 2010). The HRM department contains a significant part of the supply of the human being to primary resources of an organization (Dunn, 2010). As is the characteristic of effective managers or leaders , John is supple when an individual considers change. Change should come from other workers including John. He embraces and spends most of his time trying to identify what challenges and motivates his employees. A person’s style of leadership is influenced by his or her assumptions, beliefs, and values including the situation and the organizational culture. However, I believe that the most significant is transparency. John is a respectable leader because he is transparent, passionate, and he is self-assured. John does not get stressed and frustrated in his daily activities. He is dependable in that; John does whatever is required of him. Additionally, he is excellent at taking care of organizational issues and decision making.

How John Established his Managerial Characters 

Self-knowledge is a mutual trait between effective leaders. A great leader normally looks inside him or herself. One is usually centered, has an internal control locus, and exhibits self-confidence and understanding. Many effective leaders find that increased self-understanding helps them to understand others. However, John developed his management traits by learning after the organization employed him . After the firm employed John, the then human resource manager showed him around and taught him different managerial skills. Perform employee preparation on the basics of the employee induction and business. Training and continuous work have gradually improved John’s skills as an effective leader . He also has a certificate. Characteristically, the HR professionals who get this certificate are accountable to a different HR professional in business (for example, the HR director) and have duties that focus on the HRM department and not the entire organization (Palmer & Finney, 2004).

Management Characters that John Owns 

Induction assisted John to acquire a cultural empathy. It was a significant subject since it assisted on familiarizing the workers on the culture of the business including what makes the organization to stand out compared to other agencies. John capitalizes on ensuring the organization’s business culture is maintained. John has a passion and a positive for work. He motivates the employees and encourages them to perform well. Additionally, John is an effective decision maker. This trait is significant since numerous organizations depend on effective decisions for their success. Usually, it occurs when it is significant or in situation of uncertainty. Even though people take risks, it is essential to take calculated or premeditated risks. He assesses numerous information or data and settles on a choice in view of what he has. He can execute these choices without much bearing and supervision.

These character qualities are important to an association and the administrator in that association culture like the preparation of workers is useful for better working and streamlined operations. An inspirational disposition keeps the representatives spurred even in conditions that are more regrettable. Compelling basic leadership is imperative since it directs the development or the decay of the business.

Step by step instructions to Develop as an Individual 

Numerous individuals find it challenging to learn something new. Therefore, experience, education, and training is important here. Therefore, every week, I will read a book on leadership, attend seminars and trade fairs that teach administration skills, and I shall volunteer as an understudy at an organization for three months to learn various skills including effective decision making, and understand the culture of an organization.

Possible Drawbacks 

Having a hierarchical culture that is so unbending can turn into an issue when changes come in. It is because the entire group is accustomed to getting things done especially, and in this manner, is not willing to give up and receive the new ways. The workers may even have a mechanical activity attempting to hold the old ways. Too high energy can prompt defining objectives that nobody can accomplish. It is a drawback in that one may end up plainly demoralized and lose inspiration.

How the Designated Personalities are Effective in Real Life Experiences 

Lean leadership may be the missing connection between a sustainable continuously improving organization and toolbox lean. The character of a lean leader is to develop the culture and set the vision for an organization. During the recall, Toyota's primary concern was on extensive buyer feedback and research. Therefore, the organization’s products contained preferred consumer. By doing this, the brand of the organization was rapidly recognized the consumer’s preferences in the direction of proactive explanations for structure an exceptional vehicle. In the company’s search for advancing their products to different markets, the primary objective was to promote the brand’s uniqueness and the product impartiality (Liker & Convis, 2012).

I am a student who can without much of a stretch take in directions. I have worked in some association where I have increased numerous aptitudes on social proclivity. I take after as told and in this manner effortlessly adjust to a business culture. I am interested in adopting new things and prepared for preparing 

My inspirational mentality pushes me to want to work increasingly hard. I want to be the best and function admirably with my universities to accomplish the targets of the association. Cooperation is likewise my want since alone I can't accomplish my interests.

I can work for John. I possess the ability of following instructions and an eagerness to learn, which is the primary key of survival as a worker.

In conclusion, human resource management (HRM) is among the essential requirements for today’s businesses. HR is increasingly becoming vital in companies because with the increase or technology, the current economic knowledge needs workers to engage in executing and contribute to ideas beneficial to the business. Therefore, to have a competitive advantage over other organizations, every element of the HR including compensation, job design, placement, and selection has to be associated with the organization’s strategy.
