Actions related to privacy issues have been a major challenge facing the organization. Through the sharing of data on a wide of variety of services, internet hackers have found a way of extorting users and putting their private data at risk. As a consultant for the organization would recommend the organization to hire a data security specialist who would ensure to secure a user’s private information and data. Involving the authorities is another way of getting rid of this kind of problem. Privacy International to be involved in taking actions against hackers and that kind of crimes committed by hackers. The major challenges that the management face is the high turnover rates. The number of new-hire employees leaving the organization is overwhelming. The high turnover rate is caused by lack of room for innovation of new talent. Employees are not supported to come up with better innovating ways of ensuring quality productivity.

The organization is also facing supervisory problems. There is a lack of clarity on responsibilities. The organization has multiple supervisory management and hence becomes difficult to allocate duty or responsibilities can be shared by more than one position. Lack of motivation to workers is another problem facing the organization. Employees are not motivated adequately and hence the product quality is compromised. Performance evaluation becomes difficult to assess since the organization is an internet-based organization.

The organization uses the Laissez Faire Leadership style. The style used in the organization lacks the supervision of employees, they are not supervised directly. The management does not provide feedback to employees under its rank. The company has highly experienced and trained employees who do not require supervision at all time. This type of leadership has always hindered employees at lower ranks who need supervision. This style produces no leadership efforts and skills from the top managers of the organization. This type of leadership results to poor production, increasing costs in productions and the management can lack control of its team.

Communication challenges are a major concern in any organization. The main challenge in communication is the diverse cultural differences in the workplace. An organization will hire only the best team to deliver and hence people from the different cultural background can be hired. Communication becomes a major challenge when employees cannot communicating with each other due to a language barrier. This can be solved by teaching employees a common language to use while in the organization. Lack of communication among functional heads can be a communication hurdle in any organization. When departments do not share information with each other, this results to Collison and misunderstandings within the workplaces.
