The company was created by Davidson brothers in Milwaukee. The company boasts as the largest motorcycle enthusiast club all around the world. Established in 1903, with more than 1,200 chapters as well as membership of more than 660,000 all over the world, members reside in fifteen different countries and form part of the rallies of a wide array of various other sporting activities all over the world. The products for H-D company took a long time to establish and its brand thrive in a very competitive market. The lesson leant here is that companies must maintain patience in order to achieve their own objectives. At the same time, tarnishing the organization calls for a short period. It is additionally clear that some businesses require more attention not only in terms of increasing their financial efforts but also in the way they deal with their consumers. 

A business that has high quality products are supposed to establish a well though cooperation between themselves and their consumers. Such connections help in boosting the purchase of products and services for the company. The success of H-D can additionally largely be attributed to their marketing strategies. At the same time companies are expected to consider the culture of their area targeted for expansion. In considering this the recent demographics for companies should be used in guiding specific segments of the market. I also learnt that companies should depend on the financial capacity and the capability of the organization's independent distributors and deals in developing and also implementing retail sales and plans which are effective and also in creating demand for products and services which are important for the company. 

While undertaking this research, I noticed a lot of thing such as the need for crucial components of businesses such as business preparation. When managers conduct their businesses inappropriately without considering the future, they often fail. It is appropriate for any company to confront competition creatively and constructively but not with techniques that are divisive, non-constructive, and damaging to the organization and the consumer. It is my hope to run a successful business not only in my own country but with consideration of a global context. Expanding markets and joining ventures helps companies to demonstrate continued quality establishment in the way of life and helps with the effective implementation of change. It is my desire to establish my own organization and have the ability to conceptualize and perverse through business challenges and make a profit through my own investments.
