The workenvironment in professional lines presents challenges that require special skills and strength to overcome and solve. Solutions should be able to bring positive progress in personal life and the organization ( Masters& Wallace, 2010 ). The competency analysis has helped me to understand my ability to perform exceptionally and reach greater heights. This has not and cannot be possible without teamwork ( Lake, Baerg& Paslawski, 2015 ). From this analysis, my goals are to improve my leadership skills and apply learned skills. I intend to do this by cooperating with teams, increasing knowledge and become more outgoing to discover even newer opportunities ( West, 2012 ).
