( Romøren, Gjelstad, & Lindbæk, 2017). What will be the effect on the nursing home as far as implementing the program is concerned? How much will the program cost, and how does the nursing home plan to raise the finances required?
Body Section Three
Possible Solutions
What will be the benefits to the nursing home once the program is completed, what are some of the benefits the nursing staff and the nursing home in general stand to gain by undergoing the program? (Sprangers, Dijkstra, & Romijn-Luijten, 2015). What are some of the challenges likely to be experienced during the program, and what are the possible solutions that could be implemented?
