Generally, healthcare is obliged in identifying given opportunities for improving quality, and also checking whether those opportunities are effectively addressed ( Braithwaite, 2018) . For instance, in a hospital, there is often the information system that plays a critical role in the provision of appropriate and quality care services. The system ensures that patient information and history of visits are readily available when needed ( Khalifa & Alswailem, 2015) . A related process is how the information and visits are stored which is mainly through computer files. The outcome is the ease with which such information can be accessed whenever it is needed by the healthcare professional or the patient.

Generally, Employee morale is either positively or negatively affected by the workplace environment (Goh et al., 2015). In the film, Martin seems to be alienated by his co-workers and thus a negative effect on his motivation and subsequent performance. Physicians and other health specialists can create unreliable goals for their work. Martin has an unpredictable goal to earn respect from the first few patients of which turns out to be unachievable and so creating detrimental effects of his self-esteem. Ideally, this is an individual goal and not an organizational performance strategy. Subsequently, performance feedback includes formal individual assessments of health workers (Miranda et al., 2015). Martin’s health organization does not consider balanced feedback of both what a nurse does right and that which requires improvement. A doctor-patient relationship is crucial in medical care. Even so, trustworthiness is the key to a healthy relationship. For instance, in the movie, the patient trusted the nurse with her treatment. Shockingly, her health gets compromised by Martin’s selfish actions.
