The most important elements of culture discussed in the job description are attitudes and the organizational framework. Attitude depicts one’s thoughts about the nature of the flight attendant job. Organizational framework involves nurturing employees and shaping their perceptions, behaviours, and improving their understanding about the job (Warren, n.d). However, my former school demonstrated ideal culture, which it aspired to embrace and live up to and a real culture, which showed what it actually was.
Bureaucracy is characterized by a hierarchy of authority involving a clear chain of command, distinctive division of labor detailing specialized tasks for each employee, and explicitly outlines, standardized, and recorded rules. Also, impersonality is a bureaucratic feature that necessitates the elimination of personal feelings from professional contexts.

The medical students created ingratiation and intimidation. Ingratiation enabled them to get the patients to like them by demonstrating positive interpersonal qualities like kindness and warmth. Also, intimidation was a strategy to express the powerfulness, ruthlessness, and toughness for patients to meet the demands of the nurse practitioners. However, I saw a movie actor managing her impression differently, by using supplication based on self-deprecation to express her helplessness to manipulate the viewers’ thoughts.
Distancing involves inconsistency of one’s actual or desired self-conception with his/her social identity including fencing and bordering. Embracement, however, is when one accepts a particular social identity and attaches the self to it, like associative or ideological embracement. Lastly, fictive story telling is when one exaggerates some aspects of reality to attain a positive personal identity. In the past, I witnessed someone on the TV being stigmatized because he was a drug addict; hence, people thought he could be having a deadly disease like AIDS illness.
Social mobility involves changing positions from a given social stratification to the next. Therefore, Della Mae Justice changed her position from the lower class to the middle class when she started staying with her cousin, who picked her up from a foster home. I read a novel about a lady who underwent social class mobility by leaving her home in the upcountry for her studies at Harvard University. She changed from lower class to middle class by meeting civilized people from diverse backgrounds.
Research found that fathers are very open when addressing their daughters and they tend to express emotions to accept the feelings of their girls. However, they talk in a more rough-and-tumble manner when engaging boys. I experienced the same when I was a toddler when my often father used words like proud, win, top, etc. when addressing me. The trends apply because as a parent now, I use more of analytical languages to talk to my daughter about future academic achievements. I use words like below, much, etc.
