The COSTO Company has a robust cultural framework. The culture is diverse, inclusive of all employees’ needs and wants. The COSTO culture is typical of what a perfect work environment is supposed to be. From the aspect of the tolerance and accountability. The COSTO employees are self-aware and are determined to give all that they can in their work to ensure that the organization meets its daily mandate of service to the community ( Young & Ghoshal, 2016) . In essence, the COSTO culture is also based on the fact that their fairness and transparency not only among the workers at the same level but also from the management level. The COSTO culture is exceptionally admirable compared to where I work. My place of work is riddled with massive order taking and strict rule. There leadership style of the organization I work for is more of the transactional leadership as compared to the transformational, team leadership and the Laissez-faire types of leadership in the COSTO Company.
In all fairness, I feel that the transactional leadership style that is depicted in my organization is not as effective as what I have watched in the COSTO organization. Whereas the employees at my workplace give their best always to avoid punishment and to make a living, nobody goes beyond their ability for the sake of the organization ( Giltinane, 2013) . In contrary, the COSTO employees are more and better psyched up about their work. They understand that they have a responsibility towards their company and themselves. They are self-motivated and determined to work under minimum supervision. What a happy workforce at COSTO Company.

The COSTO organizational culture is more of the Clan culture type. The employees see themselves as a group of one happy family all joined up for a common purpose of achieving the organization's goals. On the other hand, my company practices more of the Hierarchy culture ( Muscalu, 2014) . Orders always come from the top management downwards to the staffs, and as such, nobody is allowed to ask questions of the leaders’ decisions. The COSTO organization culture is ideal for proper workplace condition.
