From the reading, the student makes a proper introduction that provides a general discussion on matters relevant to business administration. As it is widely known today, many corporate companies use various strategies to facilitate their businesses in growing and getting greater reach in the market. The writer proceeds to provide examples of companies that have applied proper strategies and how such are working for them like the Toyota vehicles ( Spear, 2011) . Even better, the student in the introduction provides a guiding theory by Grant that facilitates the development of the response ( Grant, 2016) . It is true that most businesses which thrive in their course do so by applying the technical approach of certain theories. For instance, the market theory or the demand-supply theory that have enabled many businesses predict their market reach and demand areas as well as quantities needed for supply.

The writer has clearly identified the reasons as to why the company needs to change and why it performs the way it does in the market. Such demonstrations is backed by the questions that clearly offer a good indication and give direction to the reader on what drives the employees in the firm. Questions such as do their employees contribute to the industry in a leading position help in giving the reader a glimpse of what will be talked about in the response paper.

The writer examines the Pixar animations and gives a coherent account of the business and the manner in which the business is influenced by outside effects. From the observation, the clients of the Pixar Company get the same kind of commodities and would love to have a variety of at least some key changes made to the same. No wander the writer points out on the need to have external input as a means of counterchecking the products.

Clearly, Pixar does not take pride in knowing everything in a manner suggesting that this is a strategy. The entire paper is based on strategic performance and that is why the writer began by giving elemental theory of strategy by Grant and insisting that company culture is paramount. (Šatkauskienė, 2011). Unlike very many companies that love to appreciate everything about their clients and the products they offer, Pixar seems to take a different approach. It places itself in the dark to allow for innovation and ingenuity that may work in their favour. Such seems like a great approach considering many great firms like Apple have used the same strategy.

The author holds the assumption that input in the company on how it is performing remains biased and inconclusive if it comes from persons from within. It is better that the company looks for such input from external persons who can provide an objective opinion. From my understanding, problems will always exist and that is why Pixar will continue having such issues. However, the aspect of the firm trying to seek better ways of making its clients satisfied is noteworthy. Therefore, giving employees the freedom to assess and critically critique a product produced by the company together with the input of outside eyes seems like a pretty good move to curb the issues that Pixar faces as its primary challenges.

In addition to the problems addressed or pointed out by the writer, the human resource works with little advice from the employees that are important because they relate to the day-to-day challenges the animation together with many other companies face. Such problems are effective in bringing down a company and making sure it does not progress. A human resource department must be firm in its mandate to acknowledge and appreciate the necessity of diversity in view in regards to the product they produce as a firm (Real, 2014).
