The exercise of recruiting and hiring of new employees into any business organization is more of a process than an event. As a successful human resource practitioner, recruitment and hiring process for new employees should entirely be guided by the well laid down plan. The specific plan adopted for the recruitment and hiring process should conform to the strategic plan of the business organization to ensure a steady production trend. A credible recruitment and hiring plan should consider the facets of proper human resource management, a vivid job description, training, compensation scheme and a reliable safety plan for the recruits. The incorporation of the above facets ensures proper employee engagement and production assurance as depicted in the paper.

It is expected for new employees in the cruising industry to worry about their sailing safety (Lussier & Hendon, 2019). The project shall also introduce the new employees to several safety drills in case of any accidents or emergencies.
