The strategic communication plan is all about the need to upgrade the company’s website in order to improve the communication in the company. The professional importance of the plan is to create a lasting impression in the company by providing and creating a change of great impact and the goals of the plan are to communicate the need for an upgrade, to minimize organizational change resistance, to minimize hitches in the communication of the company and to create a communication plan connection that is fit-for-purpose. The Strategic Communication Plan, Written Communication Plan and the Presentation Plan all align to meet the objectives of the goals set for achievement.
The strategic communication plan gives highlights the goals set to be achieved once the communication is upgraded. The written communication plan explains in detail how achieving these goals will benefit the company in the sense that, in the ever evolving technology and its continued advancement, it would be beneficial to have a website that is up to date as a website creates the first impression of any company and it should be designed to create a reflection of the organization. The presentation plan gives a visual of the goals and is meant to be the key to approval of the plan and to showcase the importance of an upgraded website as a reflection of the organization as it enables marketing of the business using the website, which in turn attracts more customers.

Although the strategic plan is well presented, it has not given any budget plan if the proposal is approved. A budget plan is important when communicated to the target audience as it allows those in charge of the proposal determine the available funds and how they can be allocated to constitute the upgrade of the website thus establishing the main objectives of the plan in place. I would use these communication plans at my workplace in future as they are clear, concise, and easy to understand. Also, they give frequency of the proposal and they help one realize the goals meant to be accomplished in the plan.
