In my program, I was able to work with a wide array of professionals that played a critical role towards building my understanding of what I am expected to do as a professional leader in nursing. Ultimately, this serves as one of the key factors that may have helped towards building on my progression in applied leadership as part of improving my position in nursing.
I must say that the actual ability to work within an interprofessional team enhanced my communication abilities, which I consider as being valuable in defining overall progress in my position as a nurse. I tend to view communication as one of the key aspects that I was able to improve significantly during the entire period, which played a critical role towards ensuring that I am able to improve on the way I interact with other professionals and patients.
